Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

We aim to dispatch In-stock items within 24 hours. 

Custom orders and pre-orders can take 4-8 weeks, as they are made to order.

Most of our shipments are sent Tracked and Signed, with Royal Mail.

UK Delivery:

  • Standard Shipping on orders £20 and above (2-3 working days) - FREE

  • Standard Shipping on orders below £20 (2-3 working days) - £3.00

  • Special Delivery, Next working day (ordered before 11am Mon-Fri) - £7.00 


International Delivery:

For EU

  • Standard Shipping on orders £50 and above (3-5 working days) - Free

  • Standard Shipping on orders below £50 (3-5 working days) - £10

For Non-EU

  • Standard Shipping on orders £100 and above (6-7 working days) - Free

  • Standard Shipping on orders below £100 (6-7 working days) - £15

Please note, the delivery times listed above may have slight variations depending your destination.

Any Import Duty & Taxes incurred on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.​

Returns:

​

At ANMA, We strive to provide a pleasant shopping experience with us.

We are happy to accept returns and offer an exchange on some of our products.

​

Please contact us via email anmaukshop@gmail.com with the order details and reason for return. 

We will respond within 48hrs and provide a return address.

​

  • The product (in its original packaging) needs to be returned to us within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return. We would advice to use a secure delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss during transit.

  • Once returned to us, if the product appears worn, used or damaged; we cannot process the returns and hence will be sent back to the customer.

  • If we receive a product without notification, we will hold on to it and await your contact.

  • Bespoke, custom and made-to-order products cannot be returned.

  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Sale items cannot be returned.

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide store-credit or refunds.

  • Exchanges can be made for same or higher value of the returned product.

  • Exchanges will be sent out once we receive our returns.

Faults:

​

All our jewellery are hand-made; and this means, there may be slight variations from one product to the other.

We use natural stones and pearls in our jewellery; which means, their colour, size and shape may also have slight variations to the pictures seen on our website. 

These are not faults, but the uniqueness it adds to each piece of jewellery owned by the customer.

We check all our products thoroughly before dispatching, but, in the unlikely event of faulty or incorrect product received, please send photographic evidence to anmaukshop@gmail.com

 We can then offer to repair, replace or exchange the product where applicable.

Ultimately, We care a great deal about customer satisfaction, and we will do our best to accommodate your request!
