Payment: We accept payments through credit/debit cards and Paypal. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. We take all reasonable care to make our website 100% secure.

We do not hold any of your credit card details. However in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Late and Lost Deliveries: If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the delivery provider. We will be able to refund or replace lost items only after 20 working days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international items) - this is when our delivery provider classes items as being lost. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Packaging: Your items will be sent to you in a lovely box. Please rest assured that we always package our items securely and safely. We are working to provide eco-friendly and safe packaging for our products.

Prices: Products are charged at price stated on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). We reserve the rights to make changes to prices of our products or discontinue them.

Errors, omissions and inaccuracies: Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may be related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

Description: Our Product sizes are accurate within reason. Variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the goods. Colours may vary from illustrations due to variations in computer monitors.
